In Mexico Foreign Investments (FI) contribute to the development of specific industrial sectors. Historical aspects permit to make a link between economic fluctuations (growth and crisis) and the setting-up of foreign enterprises. Economic issues about FI in Mexico are concerning their origins, their positive and negative aspects, taking into account the international credits and the debt in general. The Mexican debt is becoming a real difficulty for creditors as well as for debtors. Investments in human capital from Mexican or American companies influence human, goods and services flows and impose some transformations in political, economical, social and financial policies in order to control and regulate those exchanges

While the oil section, prime-mover of the Gabonese economy, reaches a critical step of its evolution; uranium and maganese fields are growing slimmer year after year, and while the country is facing a very delicate crisis, the Gabonese authorities, as most of developing countries, consider that the success of the economic stimulation depends on private national or foreign investment. In this way, state progressively let the productive sector free, privatising state owned companies, and promoting private enterprise. These reforms requires a change in the habits and of the economic actions implemented by the government and most of all the capacity to develop the entrepreneurship function in a population accustomed to the incomes coming from the oil rent
