Ripensare l?italia a partire dalle periferie: il caso del conselvano alla luce della pandemia di covid-19

Abstract

La ricerca ha come scenario alcune municipalit? situate nella zona Sud di Padova, chiamata comunemente Bassa Padovana. Un territorio liminale, ritagliato negli interstizi tra zone di influenza urbane e vie di transito tra entroterra e mare. Un?area non tanto fragile, quanto piuttosto "non vista" e in parte dimenticata. L?obiettivo iniziale del nostro lavoro era co-costruire con gli attori locali una mappa generativa di comunit? in vista di un futuro piano di sviluppo in termini di aumento dell?attrattiva dell?area in chiave turistica. Sfida complessa portare avanti durante il lockdown un progetto di questo tipo, ma questo nuovo scenario ha condotto la ri-cerca ad una svolta imprevista, permettendoci di individuare alcune chiavi di lettura interes-santi per inquadrare questo territorio in un nuovo scenario negli anni a venire. La nostra ricerca si ? quindi spostata e concentrata nel far prendere coscienza alla comunit? locale delle proprie potenzialit? in termini di capacit? di "fare rete", guardando anche alle prospettive tracciate dal recente Manifesto per riabitare l?Italia.
