Abstract

Este documento busca identificar anomalías e irregularidades electorales en el Municipio de Santiago de Cali,a través del análisis descriptivo de datos de las elecciones a la Alcaldía de Cali 2003 y 2007, con las elecciones a Cámara de Representantes 2010 como variable de control, por medio del cálculo de factores de riesgo y elaboración de mapas de riesgo electoral, tanto para la zona rural como urbana del Municipio, utilizando la metodología de la Misión de Observación Electoral.
