Verwaltungsethik in der Praxis - ‘Harte’ und ‘weiche’ Gesichtspunkte

Abstract

Die Verwaltungsethik war bislang in Wissenschafts- und Praxisdiskursen allenfalls sporadisch praesent; so vermisst man sie bis dato als Stichwort in Standardwerken zur Angewandten Ethik. Es besteht also offensichtlich Nachholbedarf – etwa im Vergleich zum angelsaechsischen Raum, wo Public Service Ethics laengst eine selbststaendige Bereichsethik ist. Der Beitrag behandelt Grundlagen und praktische Implikationen, welche die Relevanz der Thematik auch fuer den deutschsprachigen Raum aufzeigen.
