Mit veszítünk a piaci súrlódásokkal?. A pénzügyi piacok mikrostruktúrája

Abstract

Áttekintő tanulmányunkban arra keressük a választ, hogy mit és miért veszítenek az intézményi pénzügyi piacokon kereskedő szereplők a piaci súrlódások és az egyes piacok sajátos mikrostruktúrája következtében. Egységes elemzési keretben és jelölésrendszerben mutatjuk be a tőzsdén kívüli kereskedés fő formáit: a közvetlen keresés és alku folyamatát, a köztes közvetítő hatását és a hálózaton való kereskedést, majd ugyanebben a keretben térünk ki a központosított piacok működésére is, ahol az árjegyzői, valamint az ajánlatvezérelt piacokat tárgyaljuk. Általános helyzetképet adunk arról is, hogy jellemzően milyen mikrostrukturális környezetben kereskednek ma bizonyos eszköztípusokkal (bankközi hitel-betét, kötvény, részvény, deviza, derivatíva) a pénzügyi piacokon.
