Abstract

Ce rapport de recherche vise à dresser un bilan quantitatif des pratiques de sélection des candidats au moyen des concours externes dans la fonction publique d'Etat. Il exploite pour la première fois les bases de données de plusieurs grands ministères pour repérer des inégalités de réussite entre telle ou telle catégorie de candidats, pour identifier d'éventuels biais de jugement de la part des jurys, sources de discrimination et pour voir si ces inégalités et ces éventuelles discriminations évoluent dans le temps sous l'effet de la professionnalisation des concours et des actions menées en faveur de l'égalité entre les candidats.
