Szerkezeti változások és függőségek - Magyarország helyzete a globális értékláncokban

Abstract

A 2009-es világgazdasági válság Magyarország gazdasági teljesítményét is jelentősen visszavetette, és hasonlóan más példákhoz, 2010-től a magyar gazdaságpolitika is újraiparosításon keresztül képzelte el a hosszú távú gazdasági növekedést. A megfogalmazott célkitűzések között más szerkezeti problémák orvoslása is felmerült, amelyek közül az exportkapcsolatok diverzifikációjára helyezték a legnagyobb hangsúlyt. Mindezek alapján a tanulmányban hat, a magyar gazdaság szerkezetével kapcsolatos kérdést vizsgáltunk meg: 1. Sikerült-e az újraiparosodás? 2. Hogyan változtak az ágazatok súlyai? 3. Sikerült-e megerősíteni a hazai beszállítói hálózatokat? 4. Erősödött-e Magyarország globális értékláncokban betöltött szerepe? 5. Hogyan változott a magyar gazdaság sérülékenysége a belső kapcsolatok alapján? 6. Sikerült-e csökkenteni a német gazdaságtól való függőséget? Az eredmények alapján a legtöbb területen nem történt érdemi változás a magyar gazdaság szerkezetében, míg ahol előrelépés történt, ott ez relatíve csekély mértékűnek bizonyult.
