Konjunktur zieht an – Haushaltsüberschüsse sinnvoll nutzen

Abstract

Am 17. Oktober 2013 stellten die Wirtschaftsforschungsinstitute der Projektgruppe Gemeinschaftsdiagnose in Berlin ihr Herbstgutachten der Presse vor. Sie gehen davon aus, dass die deutsche Wirtschaft vor einem Aufschwung steht. Getragen wird er von der Binnennachfrage. Das sich bessernde weltwirtschaftliche Umfeld und eine abnehmende Unsicherheit beflügeln die Investitionen. Der private Konsum profitiert von günstigen Beschäftigungs- und Einkommensaussichten. Das reale Bruttoinlandsprodukt wird im Jahr 2014 um 1,8% expandieren nach nur 0,4% in diesem Jahr. Die Verbraucherpreise dürften dabei moderat um 1,6% in diesem und um 1,9% im kommenden Jahr steigen. Der Staatshaushalt dürfte weiterhin einen Überschuss aufweisen.
