Aktualisierung der Einnahmeprojektion für den Freistaat Sachsen – Erneut höhere Einnahmen im Ausgangsjahr

Abstract

Das Sächsische Staatsminiterium der Finanzen hat das ifo Institut mit einer jährlichen Projektionsrechnung für die ordentlichen Einnahmen des Freistaates Sachsen bis zum Jahr 2025 beauftragt. Die Ergebnisse basieren in der kurzen Frist auf der angepassten Steuerschätzung des Freistaats Sachsen und in der langen Frist auf einer Potenzialschätzung zum Bruttoinlandsprodukt der Niederlassung Dresden des ifo Instituts. Im vorliegenden Artikel stellen die Autoren die Ergebnisse der aktuellen Projektionsrechnung auf Basis der Steuerschätzung vom November 2013 dar und vergleichen diese mit den Ergebnissen auf Basis der Steuerschätzung vom Mai 2013, welche auch in der Mittelfristigen Finanzplanung des Freistaates Sachsen ausgewiesen werden. Langfristig sind beide Projektionsrechnungen sehr ähnlich: Insbesondere durch das Abschmelzen ostspezifischer Transfers wird es bis zum Jahr 2025 real zu einem deutlichen Einnahmerückgang im Freistaat Sachsen kommen.
