Abstract

Разработката изследва евентуалното влияние на промените в минималната работна заплата върху заетостта от различни гледни точки, използвайки секторни и регионални данни за заплащането и заетостта. Представени са теоретичните модели, които обуславят наличието на подобна зависимост, както и емпирични методи за нейното установяване. Направен е преглед на предишни изследвания. Анализът на секторните и регионалните данни за България в периода 2008-2018 г. не потвърждава емпирично наличието на ефект на минималната заплата върху заетостта.
