Arbeitskräfteumschlag, Arbeitsmarktdichte und betriebliche Weiterbildung. Erste Ergebnisse anhand des Wiener Beschäftigungs- und Qualifizierungsmonitors

Abstract

Diese Studie analysiert das Angebot an betrieblich finanzierter Weiterbildung in Wien. Demnach bestehen ein robuster negativer Effekt des Arbeitskräfteumschlages und ein weniger robuster negativer Einfluss der Arbeitsmarktdichte auf die betrieblich finanzierte Weiterbildung. Der Test von Hypothesen zum Zusammenhang zwischen betrieblich finanzierter Weiterbildung und verschiedenen Unternehmenscharakteristika zeigt – über bisher vorliegende Ergebnisse hinaus – eine nichtlineare Abhängigkeit der Weiterbildungsaktivität vom Unternehmensalter.
