Гендерные Различия В Заработной Плате Выпускников Вузов И Учреждений Спо На Начальном Этапе Карьеры

Мясницкая, 20.На основе данных Федерального статистического выборочного наблюдения трудоустройства выпускников, получивших среднее профессиональное, начальное профессиональное и высшее образование, оценивается уровень гендерных различий в заработной плате и исследуются факторы, объясняющие гендерное неравенство. Гендерные различия в заработной плате измеряются на основе уравнения Минцера с использованием коррекции смещения самоотбора по методу Хекмана, а также с применением декомпозиции гендерного разрыва в заработной плате по методологии Оаксаки - Блайндера и Нью-марка. Установлено, что у женщин заработная плата на 18-20% ниже, чем у мужчин, при контроле на образовательные и социально-демографические характеристики и на факторы рынка труда. При этом гендерный разрыв в заработной плате в значительной степени зависит от уровня образования: женщины с начальным профессиональным образованием зарабатывают на 25%, со средним профессиональным - на 20%, с высшим - на 18% меньше, чем мужчины. Результаты декомпозиции гендерного разрыва в оплате труда дают основание предполагать наличие существенной доли необъясненных различий, которые могут быть следствием дискриминации и влияния ненаблюдаемых факторов.
