Management von Arbeit in pluralen Netzwerkorganisationen: Trends, Deutungen und Handlungsoptionen

Abstract

Die Produktion von materiellen Gütern und Dienstleistungen erfolgt in zunehmendem Maße in pluralen Netzwerkorganisationen, die marktliche, netzwerkförmige und hierarchische Beziehungen reflexiv miteinander kombinieren. Versteht man eine Plattformökonomie als Ausdruck dieser Koordinationsform, so reicht diese schon längst weit über die jüngst verstärkt diskutierten digitalen Arbeitsformen hinaus, da sie auch das Management von Supply Chains, von (Onsite-)Werkverträgen, von Leiharbeiter*innen, aber auch die Koordination von Meta-Organisationen miteinschließt. Dabei ist die plurale Netzwerkorganisation erst in Ansätzen Gegenstand eines Managements von Arbeit und - noch seltener - der Regulierung von Arbeit und Mitbestimmung. Vor diesem Hintergrund greift der Beitrag in der Perspektive einer sozialwissenschaftlich orientierten Managementforschung vor allem die Frage nach den Herausforderungen und Chancen für das Management von Arbeit in der pluralen Netzwerkorganisation auf. Gestützt auf eine Literaturstudie der betriebswirtschaftlichen und arbeitssoziologischen Literatur überwiegend für den Zeitraum von 2000 bis 2019, wird der Zusammenhang zwischen pluraler Netzwerkorganisation und Arbeit beleuchtet.
