A szervezett sokféleség evolúcióelmélet, hálózatelemzés és a posztszocialista átalakulás

Abstract

A posztszocialista átmenettel foglalkozó munkák uralkodó irányzata aszerint vizsgálja a kelet-európai szervezeti formákat, hogy mennyiben felelnek meg a már létező kapitalista mintának, illetőleg hol térnek el ettől. A szerzők ezzel szemben arra mutatnak rá, hogy a gazdasági élet szereplői szükség szülte módon értelmezik át és szervezik újjá az erőforrásokat a posztszocialista viszonyok között, s ezzel innovatív jellegű, rekombináns szervezeti formákat alakítanak ki. A szerzők ezekben nem véletlenszerű torzulásokat látnak, hanem az evolúciós lehetőségeik kimutatására törekednek. Kiinduló feltevésük szerint a vállalkozás valóságos egysége nem az elszigetelt egyén, hanem a társadalmi hálózat, mely összekapcsolja a vállalatokat és a bennük tevékenykedő szereplőket. Arra figyelmezetetnek az evolúcióelmélet újabb eredményei alapján, hogy a mindent átfogó privatizáció és piacosítás segítheti ugyan az érintett gazdaságok rövid távú alkalmazkodását, de a szervezeti formák elszegényítéséhez vezethet, s ezzel leronthatja a hosszú távú alkalmazkodóképességet.
