Vállalkozások tulajdonosi kapcsolatai Magyarországon 19921996 között
[Ownership relations of enterprises in Hungary between 19921996]

Abstract

A tanulmányban a szerző társaságiadó-bevallások és cégek különböző csoportjai körében végzett felvételek adatai alapján vizsgálja a kereszttulajdonlás előfordulását és egyes jellemzőit. A kapott eredmények lehetőséget adnak arra, hogy a vállalkozások közötti tulajdonosi kapcsolatokról és az adott vállalkozások jellemzőiről empirikusan megalapozott állításokat fogalmazzon meg, és ezeket összevesse más vizsgálatokkal. Az eredmények alapján a szerző bírálja a rekombináns tulajdonnak az átalakuló magyar gazdaságra vonatkozó koncepcióját, illetve megkérdőjelezi a posztkommunista menedzserizmus elmélete diffúz és személytelen tulajdonra vonatkozó állításának magyarországi relevanciáját.
