Abstract

A modern vállalatelméletek két ágát a szerződéses és az evolúciós vállalatelméletek képviselik. A szerződéses elméletek a hetvenes évek közepétől bontakoztak ki, és napjainkra koherens és kiforrott nézetek jellemzik őket. Ezzel szemben az evolúciós vállalatelmélet explicit körvonalazódása az evolúciós közgazdaságtanon belül csak napjainkban megy végbe. A tanulmány ez utóbbi terület elméleti előzményeit és a legfontosabb nézeteit vázolja fel. Bemutatja a korai evolúciós nézeteket, majd az evolúciós közgazdaságtan jellemzőit és a biológiai analógiák alkalmazhatóságának a korlátait. A vállalatelméletek gerincét alkotó három kérdés (a vállalat létének az oka, a vállalat határai, a belső szervezet) megválaszolásával kifejti az evolúciós vállalatelmélet legfontosabb nézeteit.
