Energy emergency scheduling under extreme weather events: A novel emergency scheduling method based on the improved supernetwork

Extreme weather events increasingly threaten the security of fossil energy supplies, elevating the importance of efficient fossil energy emergency scheduling as a key strategy to ensure energy security. Despite the growing body of research on energy emergency management, existing studies primarily focus on power system risks and disaster mitigation, often neglecting theoretical and quantitative approaches for fossil energy emergency scheduling under extreme weather conditions. This study addresses this gap by introducing an improved supernetwork-based model designed as an instrumental and structured framework for fossil energy emergency scheduling. The model integrates multiple energy sources, transportation modes, hierarchical levels, and objectives, incorporating both affected and unaffected regions as subnetworks.
