Abstract

The work is based on the methodology of integrated economic analysis of the formation of effective state policy and on the developments in theory of corruption, theory of the organization of markets and economic analysis of law. The paper analyzes the range of issues related to the mutual influence of competition protection policies and anti-corruption policies. Considering that antimonopoly and anti-corruption enforcement can, within certain limits, complement or replace each other, close cooperation between antimonopoly and anti-corruption bodies plays an important role, both in terms of sharing information on identified signs of violation, and in terms of joint investigations and selecting the most effective tools for combating Violations.
