¿Fuga interregional de cerebros? : el caso colombiano

Abstract

Recoge la información del programa de becas-crédito para estudios en el exterior de Colfuturo. Entre los resultados principales es evidente la dificultad que tienen los municipios más pequeños para atraer o retener el capital humano. Se elaboran estadísticas por ciudades de Colombia de los beneficiarios de estos estudios en el exterior y las diferencias regionales correspondientes. Casi un tercio de los estudiantes no vuelve al país, y en particular, las áreas de administración y negocios e ingeniería tienen las tasas de no retorno más altas entre todas las áreas de estudio.
