La dinámica del desempleo urbano en Colombia

Abstract

Analiza como los ciclos económicos afectan el mercado laboral, determinando las variaciones y como consecuencia el desempleo, la estadística señala un 56% de la varianza de los cambios de la tasa de desempleo y las pérdidas de empleo en un 41% dentro del período de 1982 a 2015 en Colombia. Se analiza el cambio de empleo de los trabajadores con menor educación, demostrando mayor dinámica en el mercado laboral.||*Este capítulo se encuentra incluido en la primera parte del libro El mercado de trabajo en Colombia : hechos, tendencias e instituciones, titulada "Marco regulatorio y tendencias del mercado"
