Abstract

Die rasch fortschreitende Globalisierung und Technologisierung der Wirtschaft zieht Veränderungen in zahlreichen Lebensbereichen nach sich. Die Studie bietet einen Literaturüberblick über die Auswirkungen technologischen Wandels auf die Entwicklung des Arbeitskräfteangebotes und der Arbeitskräftenachfrage, über die Organisation des Arbeitsplatzes und die Auswirkungen demographischer Alterung auf den Arbeitsmarkt.
