Entwicklung und Formen von Flexibilität und sozialer Absicherung in den EU-Staaten. Ein Überblick

Abstract

Tertiärisierung, Globalisierung, Technologisierung, demographischer Wandel und internationale Migration bewirken Veränderungen in zahlreichen Lebensbereichen: Es eröffnen sich neue Märkte, der technologische Fortschritt beschleunigt sich, die Verwertbarkeit der Erstausbildung nimmt ab, Aus- und Weiterbildung im Lebenszyklus werden immer wichtiger, und die Zusammensetzung des Arbeitskräfteangebotes wird durch ein Altern der Bevölkerung im erwerbsfähigen Alter und durch den Zustrom von Frauen und ausländischen Arbeitskräften auf den Arbeitsmarkt immer komplexer. Gleichzeitig verändern sich die Lebensgewohnheiten, traditionelle Familienformen werden aufgebrochen. In der Folge werden sich Arbeitsorganisation und Arbeitsbeziehungen in den verschiedenen Arbeits- und Lebensbereichen neu ausrichten.
