Impatto territoriale delle riforme dell?istruzione sul fabbisogno di insegnanti

Abstract

Recenti riforme hanno modificato la domanda scolastica primaria e secondaria superiore. Tramite un modello basato sulle previsioni demografiche provinciali pi? recenti, si analizzano 18 scenari di domanda per il periodo 2010-2027 stimando il fabbisogno di docenti pre e post-riforme, per valutare quantitativamente il loro impatto. L?evoluzione demografica e il marginale aumento della partecipazione alla scuola secondaria richiederanno pi? insegnanti nel centro-nord ma meno a sud. Tuttavia, la riduzione della domanda scolastica nel meridione non ? tale da compensare l?incremento nel resto del paese. L?ampia diversit? territoriale segnala la complessit? del processo di pianificazione della rete scolastica e di programmazione del personale nei prossimi anni.
