Firm-level Productivity Research in Canada: Current State and Future Directions

Abstract

This report reviews the current state of firm-level productivity research in Canada and identifies directions for future research. It surveys methodologies and data sources used in firm-level productivity analysis, assesses key findings from the Canadian literature, and discusses gaps and priorities for advancing this research agenda.
