Modélisation non-linéaire de l'impact des TIC sur la productivité du travail

Abstract

Cet article s'intéresse à la dynamique de diffusion des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication (TIC) et à leur impact sur la productivité du travail. Notre apport réside dans la prise en compte de la non-linéarité de cette relation faisant valoir successivement un temps d'intégration puis un temps où des gains de productivité nouveaux apparaissent. L'existence de cette séquence particulière est modélisée au moyen d'un modèle à changement de régime de type Logistic Smooth Transition (LSTR) qui permet de vérier l'effet retard supposé pour neuf pays sur les douze étudiés. Les valeurs différentes des délais d'ajustement selon les pays sont reliés aux caractéristiques structurelles des économies considérées.
