Abstract

La réforme du financement de la Sécurité sociale est nécessaire en France. Elle devrait favoriser l'emploi en diminuant le poids des prélèvements portant sur le travail. Elle rendrait plus logique notre structure fiscale en faisant financer l'ensemble des prestations universelles ou de solidarité par des impôts assis sur tous les revenus des ménages ou des entreprises, et non plus par des cotisations assises spécifiquement sur les revenus d'activité (...).
