Értékesítési csatornák választása a magyar zöldség-gyümölcs szektorban. Esettanulmány
[The choice of supply channels in the Hungarian fruit and vegetable sector - a case study]

Abstract

A mezőgazdasági reform következtében Magyarországon felbomlott az addig vertikálisan integrált élelmiszer-gazdasági rendszer. A mezőgazdaság, élelmiszeripar és élelmiszer-kiskereskedelem struktúrája alapvetően megváltozott. Ezek a változások alapvetően befolyásolták a vertikális irányítási struktúrákat az élelmiszer-gazdaságban. A tanulmány célja, hogy megmagyarázza a termelők választását a különböző értékesítési csatornák között a magyar zöldség-gyümölcs szektorban, a tranzakciós költségek elméletét alkalmazva. Vizsgálatunk egy kérdőíves felmérésre támaszkodik, amelyet Csongrád megyében végeztünk el a zöldség-gyümölcs termelők között, az értékesítési csatornák közötti választására koncentrálva. Multinominális logit modellt alkalmazunk, hogy feltárjuk az értékesítési csatorna megválasztását meghatározó tényezőket. Az eredmények ellentmondani látszanak a tranzakciós költségek elmélete néhány alaptételének. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: L14, L15, Q13.
