Donne e rappresentanza nel sindacato: il caso della fai cisl piemonte

Abstract

La rappresentanza femminile nei sindacati ? centrale nel dibattito sull?uguaglianza di genere. Nonostante la maggiore presenza delle donne nel mercato del lavoro, il loro accesso ai ruoli di leadership sindacale resta limitato. Questo paper esamina la Fai Cisl Piemonte, la Federazione Agricola Alimentare Ambientale Industriale Italiana affiliata alla Cisl, mediante uno studio empirico che ha coinvolto rappresentanti sindacali, delegati/e, attivisti/e, funzionari/ie e dirigenti territoriali e regionali. I risultati evidenziano da un lato una crescente attenzione istituzionale alla parit?, dall?altro la persistente esistenza di ostacoli alla partecipazione femminile nei processi decisionali. L?analisi mostra come pratiche e culture organizzative possano riprodurre o contrastare queste disuguaglianze. A partire dai risultati della ricerca, si individuano alcune implicazioni analitiche e spunti di riflessione per la prassi sindacale, finalizzati a rafforzare la partecipazione delle donne e a promuovere una rappresentanza pi? inclusiva e democratica
