Contract Management nach dem Ende der Milchkontingentierung – ein binationaler Vergleich

Abstract

2009 lief die Milchkontingentierung in der Schweiz aus. Im Jahr 2015 wird dies auch in der EU geschehen. Diese bedeutenden Einschnitte in die politischen Rahmenbedingungen der Milchwirtschaft erfordern in beiden Ländern veränderte Formen der Zusammenarbeit zwischen landwirtschaftlichen Produzenten und Molkereien. Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden die Schweizer Erfahrungen mit neuen Formen der Angebotsbündelung nach dem Quotenausstieg vorgestellt. Ferner werden mit Hilfe von Befragungen von nordwestdeutschen und Schweizer Milcherzeugern die Präferenzen bezüglich der Vertragsgestaltung miteinander verglichen. Die nordwestdeutschen Milchproduzenten haben beispielsweise für Kündigungsfristen und Preisgestaltung offensivere und marktorientiertere Präferenzen als ihre Schweizer Kollegen. Dies könnte u. a. darauf zurückgeführt werden, dass der Schweizer Milchmarkt trotz des Wegfalls der Quote noch stärker protektiert ist als der deutsche.
