Abstract

Die Möglichkeiten für Unternehmen online zu werben, werden im digitalen Zeitalter immer größer. Online Marketing wird für Betriebe stets wichtiger. Dies zeigen die Werbeausgaben für Digitale Werbung und die zukünftigen Prognosen. Der Anteil der einzelnen Online-Marketinginstrumente macht ebenfalls deutlich, dass neben Social-Media-Marketing und E-Mail-Marketing auch Suchmaschinen-Marketing (engl. Search Engine Marketing, kurz: SEM) zu einem wichtigen Bestandteil der Werbemaßnahmen vieler Werbetreibende in Deutschland gehört.
