Strategische Personalplanung: Praxiswissen Betriebsvereinbarungen

Abstract

Die Digitalisierung hat enormen Einfluss auf sich verändernde Personal- und Kompetenzbedarfe. Zudem führt die demografische Entwicklung zu teils erheblichen Fachkräfteengpässen. Eine strategische Personalplanung sollte daher eine zentrale Aufgabe in Unternehmen sein. Wie gehen Personalmanagement und Mitbestimmungsakteure strategische Personalplanung an? Im Rahmen der Auswertung wurden 43 Vereinbarungen analysiert. Es zeigt sich: Das Thema ist in Bewegung. Vor allem neuere Vereinbarungen machen deutlich, dass sich betriebliche Sozialpartner immer stärker der zunehmenden Bedeutung strategischer Personalplanung bewusst werden.
