Griechenland: Eine Rettungsbilanz

Abstract

Die Autoren zeigen, dass Griechenland trotz des Abschlusses der über acht Jahre dauernden Rettungsprogramme und einer wirtschaftlichen Stabilisierung am aktuellen Rand immer noch gravierenden Wirtschaftsproblemen gegenübersteht. Zwar wurde die Schuldenkrise durch einen vorläufigen, indirekten Schuldenschnitt durch die Gläubiger vorerst entschärft. Es bleiben aber strukturelle Schwächen und Reformdefizite, die eine Steigerung der griechischen Leistungsfähigkeit verhindern. Es liegt nach Meinung der Autoren jetzt an der griechischen Politik, eigenständig die wirtschaftspolitischen Rahmenbedingungen für Investoren zu verbessern und neues Vertrauen in den Standort Griechenland zu schaffen.
