Desajuste Educativo Por Regiones En Colombia: ¿Competencia Por Salarios Ó Por Puestos De Trabajo?

Abstract

Este trabajo aporta una visión del fenómeno de la sobre educación como un desajuste por exceso entre nivel educativo alcanzado y el exigido por el puesto de trabajo en el que se desempeña el individuo, esto debido a que se presenta una demanda laboral estrecha de puestos de trabajo para personas calificadas en Colombia, también se analizan las contribuciones empíricas existentes y el debate sobre la misma. Del mismo modo, se examina tratamiento de las teorías que permiten explicar la existencia de un desajuste educativo. Se realiza una revisión de la literatura tanto como nacional sobre el tema. Adicionalmente, se plantean una serie de hipótesis para desarrollar el esquema que permite determinar el comportamiento del individuo en el fenómeno de la sobre educación.
