Equidad educativa en Argentina: análisis desde la perspectiva de los resultados educativos

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar la problemática de la equidad educativa en la Argentina, definiéndola desde el punto de vista de los resultados. Para ello, se realiza un análisis empírico haciendo uso de diferentes indicadores y teniendo en cuenta tanto la cantidad como la calidad educativa. Particularmente, se proponen dos nuevos indicadores: el Índice de Equidad Educativa Básica (IEEB) y el Índice de Equidad Educativa Global (IEEG), para luego también aplicarlos al caso argentino. Finalmente, cabe destacar que se encuentra evidencia a favor de que no existe equidad en la educación en el país analizado, y de que el grado de inequidad ha aumentado en los últimos años.
