Abstract

Seit 2001 führt das WIFO gemeinsam mit dem IHS und L&R Sozialforschung die begleitende Evaluierung von Ziel 3 des Europäischen Sozialfonds (ESF) in Österreich durch; in diesem Rahmen wurden bereits eine Reihe von Berichten gelegt. Der vorliegende Band enthält als Zusammenschau verschiedener Analysen die Bewertung des Gesamtprogramms. Entsprechend den Vorgaben der Europäischen Kommission wurde besonderes Augenmerk auf folgende Aspekte gelegt: Programmstrategie, Veränderungen der Rahmenbedingungen, Erreichen der Umsetzungs- und Wirkungsziele, Beitrag zur Europäischen Beschäftigungsstrategie. Zudem wird der Frage nachgegangen, wieweit Schlussfolgerungen und Empfehlungen der Halbzeitbewertung von den umsetzenden Stellen aufgegriffen wurden und welche weiterhin aktuell sind.
