Brasil y sus vecinos, estrategias de Smart Power (2003-2014)

Abstract

Con esta obra se busca demostrar que en vez de estudiar el poder duro o el poder blando se deben analizar las estrategias brasileñas estatales y no estatales que plasman la hibridación del concepto de smart power, con el fin de comprender mejor los éxitos y fracasos de Brasil en consolidar su posición regional y mundial. Se pudo concluir que es más asertivo utilizar el concepto de smart power a la hora de analizar las estrategias que Brasil y los actores no estatales utilizan o han utilizado en el entorno suramericano y en el Atlántico sur entre 2003 y 2014, pues eso enriquece los estudios sobre su rol de potencia regional con pretensiones de potencia mundial.
