Appariement et concurrence spatiale sur le marché du travail

[fre] Tout individu, une fois embauché par une entreprise, doit subir un coût de for­mation spécifique de manière à être mieux apparié avec son emploi. Dans cet article, nous proposons un modèle de concurrence spatiale dans lequel les entreprises sont en compétition sur le marché du travail ; chacune essaie d'attirer des travailleurs ayant le même niveau de formation générale mais des degrés de spécialisation différents proches de ses besoins spécifiques. En développant deux approches distinctes, l'une où la formation spécifique est complètement financée par les travailleurs, l'autre où le financement est pris en charge à la fois par les travailleurs et l'entreprise, nous démontrons dans chaque cas l'existence d'un salaire unique de long terme et étudions ses propriétés. [eng] In this article we propose spatial competition model where firms compete in the labor market in order to attract workers with the same level of general human capital but diffe- rent degree of specialisation according to the firm requirement We develop two approa ches one where the cost of the specific training is totally financed by the workers the other where it is shared by both the firm and the workers In each case we show the exis tence of unique long run wage and we study its properties
