A hazai kis- és középvállalkozások növekedési konfigurációi
[Growth configurations among Hungarian SMEs]

Abstract

A kis- és középvállalkozások a gazdasági fejlődés kulcsszereplői, ugyanakkor növekedési pályájuk összetett, mintázataik nehezen általánosíthatók. Jelen tanulmány egy komplex modellt javasol a kis- és középvállalkozások növekedésének magyarázatára, amely integrálja az erőforrás-alapú, valamint a dinamikus képességek és a vállalkozói képességek elméleteit. A vizsgálat 352 magyar kis- és középvállalkozásra terjed ki, amelyek létszáma az adatfelvétel időpontját megelőző három évben növekedett; az adatgyűjtésre 2018 és 2020 között került sor. A kvalitatív komparatív elemzés és a szükséges feltételek analízise módszereket alkalmazva a kutatás azonosítja a növekedést elősegítő kompetenciakonfigurációkat. Az eredmények azt mutatják, hogy nincs egyetlen univerzálisan és mindig szükséges kompetencia, ehelyett több, különböző kompetenciát kombináló út is vezethet magas növekedéshez. A vizsgált kompetenciák közül egyedül a nemzetköziese dés jelenik meg potenciális szűk keresztmetszetként. A kutatás alátámasztja, hogy a versenyelőny nem a statikus erőforrások birtoklásán, hanem azok rugalmas és kontextus függő kombinálásán alapul.
