Un piano per il lavoro verde e la mobilit? sostenibile. Analisi di scenario

Abstract

La ricerca, promossa dalle organizzazioni che fanno parte dell?Alleanza Clima Lavoro, ha l?obiettivo di simulare l?impatto economico, sociale e ambientale di un piano per il lavoro ver-de e la mobilit? sostenibile, mirato a promuovere l?elettrificazione della mobilit? in Italia e la decarbonizzazione del settore trasporti. Le simulazioni sono state effettuate utilizzando il mo-dello macroeconomico Eurogreen, uno strumento basato sulla dinamica dei sistemi, calibrato specificamente per il contesto italiano. Nelle analisi di scenario, sono state considerate ipotesi aggiuntive, come la riduzione dell?orario di lavoro settoriale e un aumento delle esportazioni di prodotti legati alla mobilit? sostenibile. I risultati indicano che, sebbene il piano favorisca una riduzione delle emissioni e un aumento dell?occupazione, politiche integrative saranno necessarie per rendere la transizione ecologica un processo equo e che crei lavoro di qualit?. L?articolo sottolinea quindi l?importanza di un approccio sistemico e integrato per affrontare le sfide della transizione verso un futuro pi? sostenibile ed equo, con particolare attenzione alle dinamiche socioeconomiche.
