I lavori ibridi e la gestione del lavoro

Abstract

La progressiva digitalizzazione dei processi produttivi genera una trasformazione del lavoro, che si sta verificando in tutti i settori e che coinvolge tutte le attivit?. Il contributo propone una prima definizione di lavoro ibrido e analizza alcuni esempi di lavoro ibrido in ambito manifatturiero, nella sanit? e nei servizi ad elevato contenuto il professionale. Quindi, vengono discussi l?impatto sulle tradizionali variabili di progettazione delle mansioni e sull?organizzazione del lavoro nelle imprese. Il saggio, infine, analizza le nuove sfide per la formazione ricorrente dei lavoratori.
