Abstract

This paper develops a new theoretical framework, based on eclectic paradigm and institution theory, to evaluate Multinational Corporations’ (MNCs’) incentives for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). The new framework is applied as a case study in the service sector across Vietnam.
