Abstract

This paper investigates the phenomenon of multiple job holding among lecturers in Cameroonian state universities. It analyzes the causes, consequences, and management challenges associated with this practice. The study finds that multiple job holding is driven by economic necessity and institutional weaknesses, and it affects the quality of education and research output.
