Abstract

In an era of swift technological progress, shifting economic conditions, and modifying societal trends, contemporary businesses are facing with the challenge of having to continually adjust to the constantly changing demands of consumers. In this rapidly evolving landscape where technology and consumer preferences come together, the current paper researches the influence of artificial intelligence on consumer behavior in the wide-ranging domain of e-commerce. As artificial intelligence becomes a vital component of e-commerce platforms, understanding its subtle effects on consumers and their behavior is essential. The research describes the underlying mechanisms of how artificial intelligence functions within e-commerce operations. A significant focus is placed on the impact of artificial intelligence in personalizing the online shopping experience, emphasizing how consumer behavior is being fundamentally reshaped by these influences. Specifically, the research seeks to clarify the complex relationship between advanced artificial intelligence technologies and the challenges associated with changing consumer habits. Rather than simply recognizing artificial intelligence s impact, the objective is to identify the role of artificial intelligence in e-commerce and to explore the possibilities of using these tools under conditions of economic uncertainty and rapid changes. This exploration is especially valuable in a quickly evolving environment, where the ability to respond swiftly to market challenges is crucial.
