Reallabor-Befragungen von Geflüchteten in der Rhein-Neckar-Region: Werkstattbericht

Abstract

[Einführung ...] Das Reallabor Asyl geht von 4 zentralen Bereichen aus, die entscheidend für eine gelungene Integration von Flüchtlingen vor Ort sind: Sprache und Ausbildung, Arbeitsmarktintegration, Wohnen sowie bürgerschaftliches Engagement. In jedem dieser Teilbereiche wurde ein Teilprojekt unter der Leitung einer der beteiligten Forschungseinrichtungen etabliert. In jedem Teilprojekt wird einerseits durch Forschungs- und Qualifikationsarbeiten der aktuelle Wissens- und Forschungsstand erweitert, andererseits besteht die Möglichkeit, durch die Konzeptualisierung, Begleitung und Umsetzung von Modellprojekten in Kooperation mit Praxispartnern konkrete Lösungsempfehlungen zu erarbeiten. Der vorliegende Werkstattbericht beleuchtet eine Befragung von insgesamt 370 Flüchtlingen in 2 Gemeinschaftsunterkünften (GUK) in Wiesloch und Sinsheim zu Dimensionen der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit, die in Teilprojekt II "Wege in den Arbeitsmarkt" durchgeführt wurde. Deren Ziel war es, sowohl die noch lückenhafte Forschungsbasis in diesem Themenbereich auszuweiten als auch Erkenntnisse zu erlangen, die bei der Umsetzung eines Modellprojekts zur Arbeitsmarktintegration von Geflüchteten in Wiesloch und Sinsheim relevant sind (zum Inhalt siehe auch Deger et al., 2017). Der Werkstattbericht fasst die Rahmenbedingungen sowie die methodischen und organisatorischen Herausforderungen dieser Befragung zusammen, kontextualisiert und diskutiert sie.
