Entwicklung und Verteilung der Einkommen in Österreich

Abstract

Die Arbeitenehmerentgelte stiegen in den Jahren 2012 und 2013 etwas stärker als die Unternehmens- und Vermögenserträge. Der seit einigen Jahren beobachtete leichte Anstieg der Lohnquote hielt damit an. Die personelle Einkommensverteilung der unselbständig Beschäftigten wird weiterhin durch die Heterogenisierung der Beschäftigungsverhältnisse bestimmt. Die Einkommensungleichheit aller Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitnehmerinnen erhöhte sich zwischen 2000 und 2013 um 5,3%, jene der ausschließlich Vollzeitbeschäftigten um 4,1%. Auf der Haushaltsebene nahmen die niedrigeren äquivalisierten Haushaltseinkommen deutlich schwächer zu als die höheren. Insgesamt stiegen 2011 die verfügbaren Pro-Kopf-Haushaltseinkommen im Gleichschritt mit den Verbraucherpreisen um 3,3%, wobei das Einkommenswachstum mit +2,4% im untersten Quintil der Haushalte wesentlich schwächer ausfiel.
