Arbeitsmarktsituation und Pensionsübertritt am Beispiel der Bauwirtschaft

Abstract

Die Untersuchung aktualisiert eine WIFO-Studie aus dem Jahr 2004. Insbesondere beleuchtet sie die Entwicklung der Beschäftigung, der Altersstruktur und des Alters bei Beendigung der Berufstätigkeit in der Bauwirtschaft. Auf Basis von Individualdaten werden schließlich für Personen, die ihre Berufstätigkeit im Bauwesen beenden und aus dem Erwerbsleben ausscheiden, Pensionsantrittsalter, Pensionsart und der Übergang zwischen Beschäftigungsabgang und Pensionszugang untersucht.
