Abstract

Il presente saggio si pone l?obiettivo di recuperare la riflessione sulla domanda ontologica circa la realt? sociale per provare a cogliere adeguatamente anche gli interrogativi epistemologici ed etici che dovrebbero suscitare ?lavoro? e ?prestazione? concepiti come dimensioni dell?agire umano vocate al cambiamento della realt?. In particolare, a titolo esemplificativo, l?attenzione verr? posta sulle porzioni di realt? sociale rappresentate dalle organizzazioni e dai processi di cambiamento organizzativo.
