Abstract

Pasture-based livestock systems are essential to the agricultural economy of countries, where they play a crucial role in food production and the well-being of rural communities. However, unsustainable grazing practices have led to widespread pasture degradation, threatening long-term productivity and environmental health. This study addresses the critical challenge of balancing the economic benefits of livestock production with the need to protect pastures and minimize environmental harm.
