Antecedents To Market Orientation In The Worker Cooperative Organization: The Mondragon Group

Abstract

type="main" xml:lang="fr"> Etant donné l'importance socio-économique des entreprises coopératives et vu qu'elles sont une option réelle et compétitive dans un environnement complexe, il est nécessaire d'étudier attentivement leur modèle organisationnel. Il est significatif que certaines des coopératives de travailleurs les plus consolidées se sont centrées sur une orientation commerciale. L'objectif central de cet article est dès lors d'examiner l'influence d'un ensemble d'antécédents internes à l'orientation de marché des coopératives. Les auteurs vérifient dès lors les bénéfices possibles de l'orientation commerciale sur la performance de l'entreprise. Les entreprises de travailleurs qui ont construit le Groupe Mondragon – pionnier mondial de la pratique économique démocratique – sont l'objet de cette analyse.
