Słabe sygnały innowacji zakłócających tradycyjne modele biznesowe edukacji akademickiej

Abstract

Cel badań i hipotezy/pytania badawcze Celem artykułu jest rozpoznanie słabych sygnałów w sektorze edukacji uniwersyteckiej, mogących prowadzić do zakłóceń dotychczasowej trajektorii rozwoju na rynku edukacyjnym. Analizie i interpretacji poddane zostaną zjawiska oraz zmiany w sektorze edukacji, takie jak zmiany struktur, relacji i procesów, nowe pomysły, technologie czy też zmiany w obszarze potrzeb, preferencji i postaw wobec istniejącej oferty edukacyjnej, które z perspektywy koncepcji słabych sygnałów mogą być istotnymi wskaźnikami. Metody badawcze Metoda analizy i rozpoznania słabych sygnałów Ansoffa oraz koncepcja innowacji zakłócających zostały wykorzystane do oceny ryzyka pojawienia się innowacji zakłócających tradycyjne modele biznesowe w edukacji. Główne wyniki Rezultatem badania jest zestawienie zidentyfikowanych słabych sygnałów oraz ich konwergencji, co może istotnie zakłócić rynek edukacji uniwersyteckiej, zagrażając dominującej pozycji uniwersytetów, jeśli te nie podejmą odpowiednich działań w celu redefinicji swojej propozycji wartości oraz modeli edukacyjnych. Implikacje dla teorii i praktyki W odpowiedzi na zaprezentowane zmiany uczelnie powinny kontynuować badania nad wpływem innowacji technologicznych na edukację oraz rozwijać strategie adaptacyjne. Adaptacja ta jest kluczowa nie tylko dla utrzymania konkurencyjności, lecz także dla wykorzystania możliwości, jakie niesie przyszłość edukacji w erze cyfrowej. Przyszłe badania powinny skupić się na dalszej analizie wpływu tych innowacji na różne aspekty edukacji oraz na opracowaniu strategii adaptacyjnych dla instytucji edukacyjnych.
